Old School Bux has the look and feel of an older style paid to click program but it has some great features. The best thing is the quick payout which usually happens within 24 hours. The pay rate is decent so that you can accumulate earnings at a decent pace. Another great feature of OldSchoolBux is that you can buy referrals and upgrades with your balance so you do not even have to cashout in order to start building up referrals.
The use of the program is very easy. You just log in. Click on the view ads tab. Click the available ad and it will pop up in a new tab. Once the ad has been viewed for 30 seconds, you will get your checkmark and you can be off to the next ad.
Nothing to fancy or difficult to report with this paid to click. It just pays on time and runs smoothly so I guess there is nothing else to ask of it. I highly recommend this program for anyone.

SandraClicks has closed down due to the alleged death of Sandra. Supposedly the site was sold and is to be reopened but I have my doubts.
SandraClicks is easy to use, you just log into your account and go to the surf ads tab. Click on the advertisement and then click on the red arrow. The advertisement will open in the same tab and the timer will start. Once the timer is finished, you will get a green check. Just click on the X and it will take you back to the advertisement page. Real easy to do and it pays $0.01.
To really grow your earnings with you can utilize the referral program. I suggest that you refer the site to family and friends. If they join through your referral link, you will receive a $0.005 credit for each ad they visit. You can further utilize SandraClick’s referral rental program to increase your earnings. My basic strategy is as follows.
1. Accumulate $5 in your Alertpay account. This can be done by earning $5 through SandraClicks and requesting instant payout, by funding it yourself or from payouts in other programs.
2. Utilize the $5 to rent 15 referrals. The clicks of these referrals will now increase your account balance. You will be able to use your account balance to recycle any referrals that are not making you money. At first, I would suggest the simple strategy of recycling referrals that make no clicks in the last five days. The cost to recycle a referral is only $0.08.
3. Save up your account balance to cash out again at either $5 or $10 depending on if you have used your first payment yet (1st payment at $5, $10 on subsequent payments). Remember though, you do have to renew your referrals at the end of the month. This costs $0.30 per referral. To renew your initial group of 15 will cost $4.50 so I suggest keeping that much in reserve in your rental balance prior to cashing out. This does not happen quickly so be patient.
4. Once you have your payout amount ($5 or $10), you should cashout. Reinvest this money into another referral pack and continue cycle. Each cycle will go by a little faster. Continue with this until you have 300 referrals. At this point, save up to cash out at $60. Use this cash out to purchase the premium membership which will increase your referral earning by 50%, lower your monthly rental to $0.22 and your recycling fee to $0.06.
5. Continue your cashout and reinvest strategy at this point with keeping 25% of each cashout for yourself.
This is a real basic outline of strategy and you can tweak it to suit yourself. You can jumpstart this a little if you can refer anyone to join under you or invest a few dollars on your own.
I have been really impressed with SandraClicks so far and I would recommend it for anyone. They continue to improve the program and it looks good for the future.

Bux Out is an excellent paid to click program that has incorporated a lot of good features from Neobux while adding a few good things of their own. The most important feature that they have is the instant cashout feature so there is no waiting period to receive your money. The first payout is at a very low $5 and it increases to a manageable $10 on the third payout.
Buxout also has a easy to use ad interface. You go to the Surf Ads page, click on the ad, it will open in a new tab and a checkmark will appear when you get credit. Ads reset every 24 hours.
Buxout also has a nice referral purchasing system when you are ready for it. You do not rent referrals as it is at NeoBux. Instead you purchase the referrals and they are yours for lifetime. They also offer referral replacement for $0.25 so that you can replace your inactive referrals. The current strategy that I am working with is that I replace all referrals that have been inactive for more than 4 days if they have less than 100 clicks and all referrals that have been inactive for more than 8 days that have more than 100 clicks.
The premium membership is rather pricey at $85 per year but it is well worth it once you have a significant number of referrals. It is not worth it if you have none or very few referrals. Overall this is a very solid site and I will take the instant payment ones anytime over the pay you in 3 month sites. The best promises mean nothing if they do not deliver and Buxout delivers consistently delivers on their promises.

MainBux started out as a really good program but seems to have gone downhill and may be on its way out. The site admin does not seem to be very active in the forums and payments have slowed way down. There are many complaints about purchase delays and other issues. I would recommend avoiding at this time.

Important update -
Thinkbux updated to an instant pay site and then promptly folded under within a couple of weeks. Very disappointing for all involved.
ThinkBux is another real easy to use paid to click with a very low payout minimum. They recently have raised the payout time which led to a drop in their ranking but they continue to pay and communicate their actions in the forum. I believe their intentions are to lower these payout times in the future. My belief is that you can accept changes like this as long as the admin communicates it to the members and does not leave them out in the cold.

5iveBux is a PTC that looked pretty good at first with a good pay rate and a decent design. Recently their forum has been offline with no communication from site admin. I can find no proof of recent payments and I have serious doubts of this site continuing with a future. It shows that most high pay rate PTCs are not sustainable in the long run.

Important Update –
This program does not appear to be paying and their is little activity from the admin. I would avoid this program at this time.
Buxup is a paid to click that has gone through a few ownership changes lately. During that time they have paid out in a very quick manner and they are currently continuing that trend. Ads are available in a fairly decent quantity with a standard click on the ad, wait for the timer to run down and earn format.
The referral earnings are not that high for this site in comparison to the others but I do not let that concern me. If the program offers a decent number of ads and pays its members than I am willing to put up with a little less in earnings per click.
At this time, I think there is a good opportunity with the click earnings with this site. The relatively low pay out is helpful. But inactive admin and little forum activity make it so I would not invest in the upgrade or referrals at this time. I will keep posting as this site continues to evolve. The most important thing is that the site is still easy to use and they are still paying out. It is a good addition as an extra PTC to earn a little over time. I would add it in as a solid number 10 in your PTC rotation.

CREWBUX HAS AGAIN DROPPED USER EARNINGS DOWN TO ZERO AS THEY RETOOL THERE SITE. THEY ARE NOW ASKING FOR PAYMENTS FROM USERS TO GET GET THEIR EARNINGS. I BELIEVE THAT ANY INVESTMENT OF TIME AND MONEY INTO CREWBUX WILL SEE LITTLE IF ANY RETURNS. THERE IS NO CONSISTENCY OR FOCUS TO THE SITE AND I PERSONALLY DOUBT THAT THE ADMIN HAS THE BEST INTEREST OF THE USERS IN MIND.
I have recently dropped my ranking of Crewbux due to the all of the recent changes there. The program is updated and they state that they have a lot of improvements coming in the future. But with the release of their Version 4.0, I am currently totally confused with what they are doing. They may be going instant payments but their Terms have lengthened the payment times. They have added additional membership ranks but the standards are confusing. I think they will have this sorted out and they continue to pay. I would recommend joining for the free clicks as the payout level is pretty low but I would hold off on any investment until they sort everything out.
Crewbux is a very easy to use paid to click program that continues to pay its members. The program is very easy to use. To view the ads just login, click on the surf banners tab near the top of the page, click the advertisement banner, wait 30 seconds and you get paid. Not a lot that is fancy about it but it is very easy and effective.
Like most good programs, Crewbux has a very active members forum with a very responsive admin. It appears that they are very intent on keeping the site running effectively and are usually working on implementing improvements for the program. Questions and concerns are addressed very quickly and they are attentive to their members.

If you are interested in these options, this will keep you from having to wait for payout in order to make these purchases. New Update – Payments have never resumed in earnest sing the DOS attacks. They continue to pay occasionally but I would never expect to recoup any investment in the program. I would avoid completely at this point.
Important update: 10Bux just recently recovered from prolonged denial of service attacks. These attacks do not effect the users but make the site inaccessible. Since their return in the beginning of October 2008, their returns do not appear to be as steady. I am placing this in the under review category until this gets sorted out.
10 Bux is a paid to click that is very similar in format to most of the Bux type paid to clicks. Once you log in, just click on the surf ads link at the top. Once you click this, the advertisement site will pop up and the timer will count down to your credit. The ads are pretty plentiful with usually around 10 per day. The site loads quickly and is very easy to use. One great feature of 10Bux is that they offer a paid to sign-up area where you can ad your own sites at a fairly low cost. For example if I was offering $0.25 to have 50 people join Hits4Pay under my referral link it would cost me $23.54. This is actual sign-ups under the terms that you list. This feature alone is very impressive. I have enjoyed this program and find it real easy to use.
The payouts occur at a regular pace and usually within the 30 days premium and 40 days standard range. The premium upgrade is a little pricey but is worth it if you have referrals. Overall, it is a very solid program with good earnings potential.

This program is no longer paying and admin is unresponsive. I would avoid this program.
E-MailPaysU is a combination of paid to click and paid to read that credits your account with $10 when you sign up. They will send e-mails to your personal e-mail account with a link that you click to receive credit. There are similar messages that are sent to an internal mailbox as well that you must sign on to view. You click on a link in these messages and receive credit once a short timer runs down. Each one of these messages are worth either $0.02 or two points (the points are converted to cash quarterly). There is also a paid to click section of the site that will pay $0.005 per click.
With the combination of the three methods listed above, earnings can accumulate at a fairly decent pace. To provide additional income opportunities, they also have a paid to join section. There are offers that reward you from around $0.25 to $5.00 for joining certain programs. These offers can vary from singing up for surveys, information requests on products, or signing up for trial services with companies like Blockbuster. Most of these signups are free but some do require a credit card as only the trial period is free. You can cancel these programs prior to the end of the free trial period and still retain your earnings if you find that the service is not worthwhile for you to keep. This is a huge earnings opportunity if you actively pursue these opportunities. They do not have as many offers as InboxDollars and I would recommend using InboxDollars first if they have the same offer.
In my opinion, this site is not very easy to navigate as it can be cluttered and a little confusing. But once you are used to it, you will have not problems. One common question is about the login page. Once you click on the members login page, you need to scroll about ¾ of the way down to find the username and password entry boxes. DailyClicks is a very straight forward paid to click site. You log on to your member site, go to the ads and click away. The best part of DailyClicks is that there are always plenty of ads to click. This is a paid to read/paid to click where you can get the messages delivered either to your e-mail account or to an internal site mailbox. All messages that I have received as of this time have been $0.005 value messages. Initially, I have not received very many messages and the links expire very quickly. The site is easy to navigate. Paid mails also has a traffic exchange type program that I will review separately. They do have a nice minimum payout but unfortunately they do not provide very many paid e-mails or paid to click opportunities.

EasyAdBucks is a fairly straight forward combination of paid to click and paid to read. They send you e-mails with links that credit your account when clicked. They also offer paid to click links when you sign on. The design is nice and easy to understand but there does not seem to be much click opportunities. Most e-mail links that I received were expired even when checked the same day as the e-mail was sent. There just did not seem to be much opportunity to accumulate earnings.

AdCash is a PTC site that makes a fairly standard offering. Once you sign up, you can log on and view the advertising through their website. The pay per click is relatively low. My main issue with AdCash is that there are very few ads to view and that makes it difficult to accumulate earnings and retain referrals.

New update: Bux.to is now running a year behind in payments and I believe that any hope of recovery is long past. I recommend avoiding this program.
Important update: Bux.to has continuously pushed back their script upgrade which is supposed to speed up payments. Until they can fix this I am placing them in the under review category. I will update as information becomes available.
Bux.to was always one of my favorite paid to click sites. It has a simple format but is easy to use and your earnings add up quickly. The number of available clicks is great. Just sign in, click the ads and start accumulating earnings. There are a lot of links every day. You and your referrals will really enjoy your experience with Bux.to.
The recent problem with Bux.to is that their payments have slowed down incredibly. They state that their payment speed will increase rapidly as they are working towards releasing a new programming script for the site. I know that they have purchased a payment site that they may be implementing to process their own payments and have launched a new design site. I have always had good luck with Bux.to and I believe that they will sort the payment speed problem out. If payments return to the proper levels this program will immediately move back into one of the top spots.
At this point, I believe that Bux.to is definitely worth joining due to its long history of excellence. Until the payment situation is sorted out, I would not invest in the site beyond your own personal clicks. I will keep this updated on the payment situation and adjust the rating accordingly.

Adbux seems like a very nice program. It has a nice payment amount per click and a good premium program. They also offer a lot of paid offers on their sites that can supplement your income. The major problem that I have with Adbux at this time is that they are not currently getting a lot of available clicks. Without the clicks it is difficult to accumulate any income or retain referrals.
