Icebux admin has posted that they have been inactive on payments and ads recently due to injuries suffered in a traffic accident. While I hope for their quick recovery and well being, those involved in the PTC area for a while know that these types of announcements are often followed by the PTC closing down. Admin at this site has always been great and very responsive so I hope that they will eventually return. Until that happens, I can not recommend this program. I will keep it as under review until that happens. Check back for updates.
Icebux is a incredibly easy to use paid to click program with really fast payouts. It is a fairly new program but admin and users seem to be very active. The program itself is very easy to use. Just log in, click the surf ads tab, click on the ad, wait for the timer to run down, and cash earned. Watch out for the anti cheat link on the surf page. It says that if you click on it your account will be deleted ( I have not tested this for obvious reasons).
The payout is fairly low at $7.50 and the both standard and upgraded members get a really quick payout. For those interested in renting referrals, they do have an easy to use referral exchange program that is currently at exchange 5 for $3.50 which is a little cheaper than purchasing new referrals.
The site runs real fast and they have a few additional features. They run a number of contests with various prizes. They have a casino if you want to wager with your earnings. I expect them to add a number of additional features in the near future.
Overall, the ease of use, the availability of clicks and the fast payouts have led me to give this program a very high rating.

I joined 123Clicks a long time ago and I do not really understand what this traffic exchange is all about. The basic idea is that by having all paid members the program will draw more qualified advertisers which should help out all of the members. Basically, I found that I paid for a membership and received very little in the way of benefits. The website is confusing with very little in the ways of program explanations. There is a lot of talk about the ARP which is apparently some sort of doubler program when you buy advertising. I made a small purchase on this and saw no returns and there is no real explanation of what happened to my money in the account section. I would not recommend this program to anyone at this time.

CashClicking is a nice traffic exchange that offers you a unique offer with the chance to sell your earned credits. Most traffic exchanges do not allow you to sell your credits. CashClicking encourages this activity though they require that you purchase a selling license in order to do this. These licenses are available starting at $5.
The main reason that I enjoy CashClicking is the ease of use. The site is easy to navigate and the surf bar is easy to understand. When the timer on the surf bar runs down, all you have to do is click on a matching number to go on to the next site. The exchange ratio is not great but the referral credits and the premium accounts offer nice bonuses. Overall, due to the ease of use and the credit sale options I would recommend this traffic exchange program.
