looked like it would be a long term performer. They have since
had problems with payments. Hopefully they will be able to get
everything straightened out.

				HTmail is a very interesting paid to read program. You earn by clicking and review advertiser websites. There used to be a lot of ads but this has slowed down. With more ads this program would have a higher rating. Complete review and comments

				Take the Internet Back is an interesting paid to read program. You earn points that convey to you a percentage of future earnings. The program works very easily and they do pay out on your earnings. Complete review and comments

Under Review Programs
These Programs were great in the past but are now having troubles. They may or may not recover. It
might be worth your time to click for free but I would not invest in these programs at this time.

				Isabelmarco was always a great paying program but now they are undergoing a lot of changes. They are not currently paying free members but I will keep an eye on them to see how things work out. Complete review and comments
